Located a short walk from Lewisham Station, Axion House is a light industrial building, formerly used to house motorcycle parts. Set across two floors, it has excellent access and a car park. The glass ceiling provides the first floor with plenty of natural light, whilst on the ground floor there are workshop type studios, both with and without natural light.

There are two outbuildings that are also ideal for workshop based practices.
